To initiate a return, please contact info@mochamommaskincare.com.
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it and promptly notify us if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will assess the issue and ensure it's rectified.
Please note that sale items and clearance products are not eligible for return, with the exception of possible store credit for clearance items.
For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and making a new purchase for the desired product. Upon inspection of your return, we will notify you of the refund status and process it accordingly to your original payment method. Kindly allow time for the refund to reflect in your account.
